These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between HDS-Impact and its clients for the provision of consulting, training and support services.
HDS-Impact offers three main types of services: Grant Engineering, Investment Project Management, and Capacity Building. The details of services are defined in specific quotes and contracts.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Prices are indicated in Burundian francs (BIF) or US dollars (USD) depending on the contracts. Payment terms are defined in each service contract. Unless otherwise specified, a 30% deposit is required upon signing the contract.
HDS-Impact commits to delivering services within agreed deadlines and with required professionalism. The client commits to providing all information and documents necessary for the proper execution of the mission.
HDS-Impact commits to treating confidentially all information provided by the client in the course of service delivery.
Any cancellation or postponement of services must be notified in writing. Cancellation conditions are defined in each specific contract.
HDS-Impact commits to providing all necessary care and expertise in carrying out its missions. Its liability is limited to the amount of fees received for the mission concerned.
In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Bujumbura will have sole jurisdiction.
